About this session<\/h2>\n

Theatre is one of the oldest technologies humans have for practicing attention, presence, and connection. Yet many people, particularly outside the arts, have had little or no access to it, despite a clear need for the capacities it cultivates.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This session introduces theatre not as performance, but as a practical method for learning. It explores how simple theatrical structures can help individuals develop attention, become more at ease in interaction, and engage with others in a more direct and tangible way. Through guided exercises, participants will experience how these methods create conditions for connection and belonging, while recovering forms of human exchange that have thinned in today’s cultural and digital life.<\/span><\/p>\n

The session is designed as a participatory experience rather than a presentation, allowing the method to be directly encountered. It offers a clear, transferable approach that can be applied across educational, professional, and community settings.<\/span><\/p>\n

El teatro es una de las tecnolog\u00edas m\u00e1s antiguas que tienen los seres humanos para practicar la atenci\u00f3n, la presencia y la conexi\u00f3n. Sin embargo, muchas personas, especialmente fuera del \u00e1mbito art\u00edstico, han tenido poco o ning\u00fan acceso a \u00e9l, a pesar de la clara necesidad de las capacidades que cultiva.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
